Our Story Bridging the gap between modern technology and human connection.
Who we are
At Bridge Technology Training, our foundation is built on community-focused service and technical expertise. Our team is dedicated to the belief that true support is not just about fixing a device. It is about honoring the person holding it. We have mastered the art of clear and respectful communication to ensure every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
We built this company because we refuse to let technology become a barrier to a full life. We have seen firsthand through our own loved ones how isolation can affect a person’s health and well-being. This is why we treat technology as more than just hardware.
We Fight Isolation: We bridge the gap by connecting you to family and friends through video and social media.
We Promote Cognitive Health: We treat technology as a form of mental exercise to keep the mind sharp and engaged.
Our mission across the Front Range is to keep you connected, active, and independent. When we work together, there are no “silly questions.” There is only patience, protection, and the shared goal of getting you back to living your best life.
Meet The Family Our Founder, Robert
Hi, I’m Robert. Seven years ago, I started dreaming of a way to serve my community. After my son was born in 2022, I became a stay-at-home dad. It was a blessing, but I realized I was made for a specific purpose: To serve. I realized that for many seniors, technology isn’t just “annoying”, it’s a wall that separates them from the people they love. I started Bridge Tech Training not because I love computers, but because I love people. I want to build a business that can become a cornerstone of my community. One that stands for patience, kindness, and stewardship. When you call me, you might feel nervous. You might worry about asking a “silly” question. Please know this: I am not here to judge you. I am here to listen. Let’s cross this bridge together.
Robert and his wife, Nicole, both Colorado natives, have planted their roots in Colorado Springs, where they are proudly raising their two boys. While Robert focuses on connecting the community through technology, Nicole serves the community’s physical health through the local hospital systems.
When they aren’t working, the Gaytans love travel. You will likely find them planning their next trip, or sporting matching Mickey Mouse shirts at Disneyland with their boys. Back at home, they find deep joy in hosting get-togethers for friends and family and are active members of New Life Church.
